Today was our First visit and not our last to the Olive Basin. Two years ago I lost my taste and smell due to Covid, one of the clerks came up to me and started asking questions, I told her about my situation . I cannot explain the hope that I felt when she introduced all the different oils that I sampled, I actually could taste the samples, we bought five different varieties that I cannot wait to experiment with. I literally got very emotional. Food to me is just food without taste , now with these oils I have hope.
